I have a question?...Although there are 8 signatures from the
organizations...
Who is the ONE who wrote the letter?, because not all could have wrote
it...
thus who is the responsible ONE who got all the signatures from the
organizations...
also we can suppose that each president of each organization is
responsible???
just more curious of the issue?
