ISCA Media Return Policy
The Islamic Supreme Council of America's Media Department strives to provide top-quality media products. We will inspect any media product (CD, DVD, tape, book, video, etc.) reported defective at no charge to you. If the Department determines - at its discretion - that the product in question has a defect covered under this Warranty, we will cheerfully repair or replace it within approximately four weeks at no charge to you. If the defective media product is not repairable and no identical product is available, we will replace it with a product of comparable content at our discretion.
ISCA Media Warranty
ISCA Media warrants that its products will be free of defects at the time of purchase. Defects include: missing or incomplete content; inaudible or unviewable content; incorrect content. ISCA Media is not liable for mishandling of media which results in content defects. |
