ISCA General Secretary Dr. Hedieh Mirahmadi with Congressman Owens, the initiator behind the Caucus ISCA congratulates the courageous and notable work of Congressman Major Owens (NY), who formed the Pakistan-Kashmir Caucus, earlier this year. We look forward to working with him and other members of the caucus on resolution to a conflict, which has witnessed far too many human rights abuses. We call on the Muslim community to share in our concern for one of the Muslim world’s leading areas of conflict. Kashmir is not an ethnic issue; it is a Muslim one.
